Mary's Little Lamb (Castle Films -- c. 1940s?)
The drawing looks very Terry-ish, but the cartoon inside is a 1930s Iwerks film, with an entirely different Mary and lamb. My hunch: Castle hired a moonlighting Terry artist, one who may not have seen the film he was illustrating.
