Barney Google (Exclusive Films -- c. 1940?)
Don't be fooled by the 1920s-ish graphics and 1919 copyright date -- this box contains one of the very rarely-seen Columbia Barney Google/Snuffy Smith cartoons of the 1930s (titled Chopped Socks for home-movie release). The disclaimer on the side reads "NOT RETURNABLE. These Filmes Rigidly Inspected by Manufacturer and are Perfect." Presumably, consumers would accidentally break films at home and then attempt to return them to their place of purchase.
