Pierre Bear (Castle Films -- 1960s?)
In the world of home movie cartoons, a second stringer such as Chilly Willy can be a star, and even a no-name like Pierre Bear (who?) gets his own box art. Especially in the 1960s, which seem to have been a prime period for obscure Lantz characters to claim some small glory on the home screen. The art here looks to be by the Lantz studio itself.
