Woody Woodpecker (Castle Films -- 1950s or 1960s?)
Just as the Lantz cartoons grew less ambitious as time marched on, so did Castle's packaging for the home-movie versions of them. This box art, used on several Woody cartoons I own, is quite a bit less elaborate than that of earlier Woody home 'toons.
